If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all accessories and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
